God Came To Us!
The wonder of Christmas is upon us, and as we conclude yet another year, it's wonderful to be able to pause, reflect and celebrate the birth of Jesus and the light that he brings into our world. Jesus is life, love, joy, peace and hope for all. Christmas is a time to laugh, smile and make memories with those we love as we acknowledge the reality of our saviour king who came to this earth to rescue everyone and anyone who would believe in Him.
It's our honour to extend an open invitation to join us for Christmas in Transcona 2026. Our hope and prayer is that you will experience the beauty and splendour of all that Christmas brings during our candle light Christmas Eve services.
Christmas Eve Services
Join us for 3 beautiful Christmas Eve candlelight services (3pm, 5pm & 7pm) filled with carols, Scripture readings, and a message of hope and salvation.
Bring your family and friends as we reflect on the miracle of Christ's birth and light candles to symbolize the light of Christ shining in the darkness.
Christmas Shoppe
No child should wake up on Christmas morning without a gift. This year we're going to do what we can to help families in our city. We're rallying around those who need it most this year to make the spirit of Christmas available for as many people as possible.
​We're inviting anyone to sign up their families for Christmas Shoppe or to serve and give to make Christmas for all this year.
What time are the candlelight services?
Christmas Eve services will happen on December 24th at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm. Childcare will be available for children ages 6 months to grade 2 during all 3 services.
Will there be childcare?
There will be childcare for children ages 6 months to grade 2. Older children are invited to join us for the service. There will be colouring kits available.
Where do I park?
We have free parking in our lot with lots of room for you!
If it’s your first time visiting us, turn on your hazard lights when entering the parking lot so we can treat you as our VIP. A parking attendant will come out to your car and let you know where to park.
What should I wear?
Come exactly as you are. There is no specific style at Rose Church. Everyone wears what they enjoy and feel comfortable in.
Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?
Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live or watch it back here on our YouTube channel.
