Here at Rose Church, we know that culture either happens by default or by design. Rather than allowing our feelings, preferences, or the standards of our society take the lead, our goal is to intentionally and consistently create the culture we want to see.

Connect Groups
-
Connect Groups are small gatherings of 5-10 people who meet to discuss a recent Sunday message, and pray together. These gatherings take place during each season.

With many different Connect Groups, there's one that is a perfect fit for you. From co-ed to all men, all women, and even workout groups. Find a Connect Group for you!

Seasons

From the very beginning, Rose Church has embraced a seasonal model to create a rhythm of rest and momentum. Our calendar is divided into three seasons:
Season 1 - January - March | April: Off Month
Season 2 - May - July | August: Off Month
Season 3 - September - November | December: Off Month -
Our seasonal model creates rhythm for our church, determining when certain key events occur, when recurring events pause or resume, and when seasonal design, environments, and stage design looks change.

During off months some recurring events pause, including: Connect Groups, Creative Collective, Team Night, etc.

Onboarding Process
Step 1: Watch all of the Servant Leader Orientation videos
Step 2: Read the Culture Guide in it’s entirety
Step 3: Fill out and submit your Team Application
Step 4: Receive and read through your Team Playbook
Step 5: Complete a Team Orientation with a Team Leader
Step 6: Begin your shadowing/training process (6 separate Sundays)
Step 7: Get rostered and serve

Once you've watched all the Servant Leader Orientation videos and read through the Culture Guide, you are ready to fill out the Team Application.

Sign up below to select the team of your choice. One of our leaders will reach out to you shortly after to confirm your selection and to connect you with your new Team Leaders to begin the process of serving on Team.

Your new Team Leaders will share all the details about your Team with you during your Team Orientation.
